You receive digital design files (2D and/or 3D) as listed on the product page. Nothing is shipped physically; you download your files through a link delivered by email.
Once your payment is confirmed, we email a secure download link to the address you used at checkout. Click the link and download your files right away.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there after a few minutes, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will resend the link.
Each product page lists the included formats, such as vector files for 2D designs and common 3D model formats for 3D designs. Please check the listing to confirm compatibility with your software.
Unless a product page states otherwise, files may be used in your own personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute or share the original files themselves.
Yes, you need software suited to the format, for example a vector editor for 2D files or a 3D application for models. We do not supply software with our files.
Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds after a successful download. If a file is corrupted, will not open or differs from its description, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. See our Return Policy for details.
Download links stay active for a limited period and a limited number of downloads. Save your files in a safe place once downloaded. If a link expires, contact us and we will reissue it.
