Shipping Policy

Digital Delivery Only

Nexissneaker sells digital design files only. We do not ship any physical items, so there are no shipping fees, carriers or tracking numbers.

How You Receive Your Files

As soon as your payment is confirmed, we send an email to the address you entered at checkout containing a download link for your purchase. In most cases this email arrives within a few minutes.

Downloading

Click the link in the email and download each file to your device.
Links remain active for a limited period and a limited number of downloads, so please save your files promptly.
Large 3D files may take longer to download depending on your connection.

Did Not Receive Your Email?

Check your spam or junk folder and confirm the email address you entered. If you still cannot find it, contact [email protected] with your order number and we will resend the link.

Expired or Broken Links

If your link has expired or does not work, contact us and we will provide a new one for your purchased files.
